This mod is no longer supported, so that means there are no changes that can be made to the mod. We can't add anything, we can't take anything away. If something doesn't work right or at all you just have to live with it. Do not come on here and post that the car jammer isn't working, or this perk doesn't work right or this gun isn't working correctly. What is in the mod is what you get only thing that will change on the mod will be maps if the server stays.

That was half of it. The other half was upset because they no longer had their 12-year-old noob weapon.

 

IW did the opposite of this purely for money reasons. They pretty much crippled recoil on everything because they wanted to sell more games to people that didnt want to learn how to shoot. Or players were frustrated because recoil meant fewer kills for an audience totally obsessed with KD. Its also why they drastically cut down on the number of explosives. The got more sales by attracting more run and gunners. And that meant more DLC sales. And they were right to do it. They are a business.

 

Since this mod is free I have no such constraints and can do what is purely the best for the game. That includes rebalancing weapons that were incorrectly set the first time.

Heh... no. But after 1.46 is released it will be the last one. Not including any fixes. I just dont have the time anymore and I want to do other things.

 

Anyways, in the other thread I have made posts on what is happening in the mod. I very much appreciate the feedback I have been getting but if any other XI members want to make their voices heard now is the time.

I am just happy we have a second server. 

 

I agree that the re:direct shud be to the second server. 

 

With all respect to sammy and the hard work he did, i am sorry that we had to whine about this, i know u are doing a great job from and i respect that. 

 

Its just, i like the first mod better. And i realy hope people join the server. 

Another thing is, do not come here and say: Heey the server was empty when i wanted to join it, when no one joins it, it will never be full so even if it is empty, please join in and give it a couple of min to start up.

@@Ruggerxi and @@Sammy the ACR server has the old version of the ACR mod. I believe when we rolled out the noacrmod the acrmod didn't have random Mininuke strikes and some other fixes.

Not to state whether I agree or disagree, it is what you think is best for the game. Yeah, balanced is an option, but people responding to unbalanced means that there is something to be said for that as well, but as creator of the MOD you should defenitly make it as you see fit! I have a total hatred for sway, not purely because it is harder to aim, but also because it always seems that shooting a gun with sway the hitboxes seem to change somehow, where direct hits register less. And I love the new MOD. Been trying to catch with the times and dump the m16 for a sniper to up the difficulty a little. :)

No doubt you do a great job with this mods! You balanced it out with MOD changes which is what a lot of people dont understand why somethings are harder to achieve than before.

I guess thats one thing about this whole bruhaha. To get the old mod back, with the acr, is it worth it to give up all the other things now available.

 

If... which I am looking at today... would people rather have the acr or have the mp5/hk416 rds+silencer as special primary weapon options? Since its a dual attachment it would disable perk 1.

M16 YUK really tired of people bunny hopping around corners and let 1 burst fly and take me out.Or snipe with it just like the ACR.

 

Seems like Doubletap removes most of the recoil the M16 has.

The burst rate is faster than the ACR fire rate and it seems to have Zero recoil just like the ACR with doubletap.It's basically the same gun with Burst fire rate.The ACR has a Better Iron Sight than any gun even the SCAR which is pretty nice.The SCAR has Alot more recoil and slower fire rate and smaller Magazine size?

 

HK416 Feels like the M4 Carbine with slightly slower fire rate.As accurate as the ACR and Alot slower Reload.IMO the HK416 is what the ACR should of been.

 

 

Can you put a Red dot Attachment Option on the 44 Magnum and Tactical Desert Eagle?
