Spend a huge amount of time to make a fun mod for everyone to enjoy and people still pull this shit. One thing I am tempted to do is make all reloads require recocking the weapon and adjusting reload timings to match. Would be better to make it so that if you take out a 1/2-empty mag you lose the ammo. Some games do that. But that would be a significant change to how the fundamentals work for everybody and would require careful consideration. If you interested in "my script" to cancel reload, i'm sure you can do it too.... It's not that hard, i scroll up then scroll down, it doesn't need any bind or other thing, just a computer mouse, and fingers, i'm sure you have those too. @Sammy, I have seen the work you've done for this mod. I really like it, that's why I play in your server. I don't know a lot in mod, commands, etc. But maybe if you want to block the cancel reload, the Iceops Obscurity server has increased the time in changing weapon, so you can't cancel reload (I don't know if i'm really clear due to my bad english, you'll tell me). Reloads are in two parts. The time it takes to play the full animation, which isnt changing, and the point when the ammo is actually added, which might. Whether or not its increased, and how much, depends on the weapon. Fast reload/raise weapons dont really need much done. Slow raise might, to a point.
