You all know that I never complain about stupid stuff, or get into a hassle with anyone on the server. That being said, I would like to point out that there are a few people who play there, both XI members and non-XI, that are far too quick to accuse others of cheating by camping on the spawn areas and various other things which can make playing there no fun at all. If I may make a suggestion... If you think someone is cheating, it makes it miserable for all players to have to listen to constant bitching during game play, simply kick them, and shut the hell up. If you are not an XI member and think someone is cheating, report them, and shut the hell up. If you are not an XI admin, just play, and shut the hell up. I'm sure you don't need me to point out that the amount of players on the ACE mod has dropped off in the last few weeks. I'm sure this is in part from all the bitching that goes on there. People come in to play and have fun, not to listen to the constant whining by some of the players on the server. Again, I would advise that some of this is curtailed a bit, and.... If there's no admin in there when you hear this, make notes of who and what was said, and forward to a COD4 admin. They'll take it from there. However, it is my opinion that far too much of this is allowed. For instance, if grenade launchers are not banned from the server, people should not be constantly harrased for using them. People should also not be harrassed simply because someone else does not agree with thier style of play. There are people that like to run and gun, while other prefer a more stealthy approach. If camping is not banned from the server, players should not be harrassed for doing so. How this is handled is of course not my call. It is the XI's server, but I don't think it does anyone any good to have it empty... there are plenty of those out there all ready, and I would hate to see the ACE mod server become one of them. Only once, recently, have I, personally, asked a visitor to cease (no admins were playing at the time). I was poised to record a video but the map ended and he obviously had a crisis of conscience and played more fairly on the next map. (For the record it was not the complainant.) I do doubt that the four-second spawn protection is actually active as it is common to be shot within two or three steps following the spawn. I am surprised that WB Rocket hasn't been invited to be a member yet. Playing with him is a lot of fun and he is right, there are people being harassed for they style of play . I don't have a "style" myself, and couldn't care less about my ratios, I just like blowing people up, but there's a sob who calls me names, even in different languages, and ruins everything. He doesn't piss me off, but rather gets me bored so I just leave and do other things.
