I do not believe score is involved, although I have no insight into your set-up. All I can say from personal experience, I could be the top scorer and playing for hours, and still get redirected. The server is not biased to country.. just a little joke from Prodjekta Sammy would have to give the detail on how the server actually determines who to move yea ur right, but the dns server can slow down ur connection. it really can help if u are far away and in a country where internet is not as free as u would. thing is if u in US, it prolly wont help you, but it all depens on your provider i gain at least 20 ping by modifying my dns. and guess what i have a better ping on our server than lot of US people on the server.
