Changes to the COD5 admin team

The head admins and myself have evaluated the COD5 admin team and made the following changes

KaptCrunch, Monkie and 2_Many_Beers have been moved to admin

We are getting rid of the moderator position in the COD5 admin team, so Athena and XXSnoopXX are no longer part of the admin team at this time

A quick thank you to Athena and XXSnoopXX for your help moderating the servers.  Some of the logistics of the Moderator position were getting in the way of it being as useful as originally envisioned.  Your service as Moderators was greatly appreciated.

Congratulations Crunch and Monkie on getting blue.

Beers - how long was that for a turnaround?  I think that's a record even for you.    Welcome back.

So sorry Athena and snoop it was a hard decision to make we just did not want to many admins. The mod position to us was a pain to handle so something had to give and you two got hurt in the decision . Please do not take it to heart . Ah Mr Beers welcome back from your travels

I must say it was sad that none of the ADMINS were included in this choice. I far as I am concerned Athena and Snoop were doing a great job but maybe someone had it in for them as they were Moderators first and were over looked. Maybe you guys should talk to the front line Admins first and not listen to  a head admin because they may have a problem because they don't like the  moderators. That's my 2 Cents worth and I think most of the COD 5  Nam Admins not that it means much any more.

I'm happy for Krunch, Monkie and Beers, but I must say I'm saddened about Athena and Snoop.  The Mods in COD4 are working well and we use it as a stepping stone to admin positions.  Maybe the COD4 head admins could have been of some help if you all were having problems and given some advice.

Well first its not the admins , server or game that make those decisions. Its the head admins job. Keep in mind that we still have to get the seniors to agree this is not some stab in the back revenge shit show. Plus the decision has to get a majority of head admins to agree to anything like this. Also keep in mind that we can not make everybody an admin it would be a server full of them . It was not an easy thing to do we have some players that would make good admins and we pass them over all the time because we really do not need them. So this is not about making friends or promoting friends its about what we need. So to keep in fighting down so decisions of that type are at the head admin level and above. Sorry if peoples feeling have been hurt but sometimes we do things because they need being done not because we feel like crapping on people.

Chile use to be a head admin he is not anymore. Although his opion sounds like one :)-  As for Mr. beers I would say you would be hard pressed to find someone more qualified for the position. As well quite respected too. You saying that I should of selected somebody with less experience ? I think you remember how shitty it is to do some of this stuff  Chile or have you forgotten about the crap side of making a decision.

If that is directed at me then I never said such a thing. I liked how Chile was standing up for Athena and Snoop who were actually Moderators that had their positions taken away and replaced by someone who was not an admin any more (name being green). Chile was right in what he said. The 2 mods got stepped over by an ex admin. Just saying.

It doesn't take any experience to be an admin. Good admins treat people with respect no matter the situation that is dealt to them. I see posts in this thread that do not meet that.

If you never said "such a thing " how can it be about you. I love Chile we go way way back. But in this case Chile is wrong. The Mod position was not working for the COD5 team. It was very difficult to manage. COD4 team can say what they want but for us it was a failed attempt at Admin training. Beers left yep can't be more truth than that. He decided he wanted back in. For those reasons please talk to him and preferably in a server while shooting him. But to say no to having somebody like Beers on your admin team is a sign that its time to give up thinking. That man has done so much work for us its incredible. There is nobody who works harder than Beers. Were lucky to have him. And trust me when I say its better to have him with admin tools than without. 

 So Athena and Snoop lost their positions as Mod. First lets understand something it was not their position it was given to them by the XI seniors . And can be removed at any time that goes for all admins head or game or server. It is not yours never has been never will be they belong to XI and when you get to display one remember that. The positions were lost when we decided to drop the moderator position. We wanted to make them all admin but there is only so many admins we can have.  It ended up the way it did. This was not an easy task needed to be done. We did it and we are sorry that two great people got set back but not everything goes the way we want in life. So again the Mods were on one track and we promoted one to admin because we thought we needed one. Beers is a completely different story he did not walk over anybody to get to where he is now.

 Now that is why Chile is wrong and he should know better than to stir the shit pot with his statement. He's been there did that so from experience he should know better. There is two story's here do not think there is only one. And everybody involved thank for your support I always wonder at why people stick knives in the back of peoples  who do the shit jobs for you. And Angels Admins do need to have experience with out it they would not become Admins.

I wanna highlight this quote, we don't just do shit to fuck with people. We are doing it for a reason, the admin team came to a majority decision and that's the way we do things here.
