Thanks for the work guys of putting this together. Its always fun to shoot with and against many here I have been playing with for over 10 years. Especially remembering our members who are no longer with us.  I miss hearing at 2am on FT Server 2 (The original and only not the MW2 mod) after getting hit with a nade.. Hearing say they just blew Bubbles..

You should be able to find the servers as the game should be version 1.3. CoD2 is notorious at the moment for having a broken Master Server where a lot of servers don't even show up anymore.

You can either connect through HLSW by putting the server IP in the bar at the top of the program or you can join directly by pressing ` or ~ to open the console on the main menu and type in /connect 63.251.20.230:28960

Is it going to be "Stock Weapons" like it is this weekend? I don't think I Have ever played a XI COD2 server with stock settings, weapons, gravity etc...

This is a completely "new" mod 2.9 and there will be plenty of custom tweaking in time...A lot of features are currently turned off and or are in a default state...Tons of script data and configs to rewrite and input is always needed

Usually Loader just tells me what he wants done and I do it for him lol we're working on it over time but we'll have something sorted for the event, no worries

   please if you could turn up the range , or the distance the single action rifles are able to make a kill , and the kill damage currently they are way to weak ,  same with the shot guns please they are are very weak it takes sometimes 5 shots to make any kind of  kill .....thanks Boys for all your work , greatly appreciated ....

That's gonna take some working out in the 2.9 version. The way the weapons are handled and edited is completely different from the current 2.8 we host so I am having to learn a new system but I will see what I can do for you, no worries. Just means poking my head around the files a bit more so I know what I am doing.

I have been away dealing with generic life issues for a while, but my heart has never left. My respect to the idiots who passed away, sad to hear that so many great guys are no longer around, but their spirit and found memories are already part of the XI genes. I just asked Loader because a few of us were playing and changing weapons to find a combo that worked for each players style. Noticed most guys picked up the heavy machine gun since it sprayed a ton of lead and with the slower speeds it didn't hold them back as much. The mix of game types is great and please don't take my question as a sign of disrespect or that I know better or more. I was just relaying what I saw and heard during the games. If Dirk says the shot guns a low powered that just means he was to take two swings to bash someone but he was bashing a ton on the smaller maps, so I advise everyone who has been away for a while to tighten the helmet chin straps

I am sad that I'll miss this event this year, but I'll be out of town tonight through Sunday night.  Our fallen members are surely missed and still thought about often, I hope you all have a great time playing and remembering
