Needles!!! I am covered in tattoos but have a paralyzing fear of hypodermic needles or having to get stitches!! I had to get 3 stitches in the corner of my eye as a young kid and have been terrified since

Talking of eye stuff in 2019 i had to have a scalpal behind my left eye 😅
