Picked up a 9.6 pound Sirloin Centre cut roast. Cut it down the middle, trussed it put a few cloves of garlic in it. Rubbed it with liberal amounts of pink salt and coarse ground pepper. Kniwimy mother won’t eat beef unless it is dried out tough as leather. I cooked it to 165 F in the thin bits and 145 in the thicker bits. I describe it at medium and medium well. If I was cooking it for myself it would be medium and medium rare. Non the less it turned out delicious.

I still read all the news (or at least some days ) And has it been a rough time for everyone here in the clan.. wow. it saddens me to see 2 great members pass away. May they rest in peace. So i thought i might be spreading some good news. For some odd reason my wife thru 8 years almost, are still with me. She is idiot material haha. She give birth to our little daughter not that long ago. she is 7 weeks old and her father is so proud of her, but maybe more proud of her big brother, who has given her a warm and heartly welcome.. he is the best son/big brother we could dream of. So im still here thru almost 10 years now? or so and im still an proud idiot and will be forever. I will still try and make time to join a server here and there but cant promise anything. But I still love you all. Or maybe. Or i dont know.. hmm.. well.. yea.. hmm.. hahahaha Naa im fooling you all. I love you all (them I know) and them i dont know, im sure you all are proud Idiots.. I just learned this tragedy last night. My heart is heavy and I am in disbelief. Roger was as solid a man that there ever was, he's even had to straighten me out a couple of times. He stood for everything good about this community. I am deeply saddened and my thoughts and prayers go out to all who loved him. So long old friend, enjoy peace and comfort in heaven and save me a spot. You will always be in our minds and hearts.
