It's part of a wider strategy: Get the Ukrainian government to agree to the Minsk protocol-recognizing the pro-russian puppet governments & 'autonomy' of Donbass from Ukraine-which will lead to mass protests by the Ukrainian people; then initiate a false flag attack on the seat of government in Kyiv by russian forces; then send in regular forces to 'save' & occupy the Capitol. He's tried this twice already in the past 20 years or so. Then partition the country....he's hoping 3rd time's a charm.

Invading a country & occupying it are two different things; Putin's popularity will quickly plummet as guerilla warfare will start sending Russian sons home to their mothers. And all Russia is nowadays is basically a gas station; if he can't sell it, the economy further plummets. 2/3 of its exports are petroleum related. Most he seems to be aiming for is a door-in-the-face ploy; where he threatens the capitol & then offers to withdraw to the Donbas....or so it would seem.

Always loved Hot Cross Buns and wanted to make them for years! So I did. I used John Kirkwood’s recipe. He’s from the north of England. He has a great YouTube cooking channel I’ll leave a link to the buns. I had to make a few changes. I used all purpose flour I had no lemon so no zest I used 50/50 raisin and current I did not put the flour and water crosses I did make a glaze with a bit of lemon juice and icing sugar My crosses were water lemon juice icing sugar and vanilla

Really shocking that here in the US there are still some real die hard 'America First' people that dont see Putin and his invasion as our concern, that its a European problem (which sounds historically familiar), and that America should do little or nothing. This is a %100 geopolitical comment and not a humanitarian one nor about simply doing what is right. But Russia winning means he has control of direct borders with several NATO members and would likely line them with all manner of weapons like the USSR did. This is not some surprise revelation and has been talked about for years. Ukraine is on the front line, for lack of a better word. I dont know if this didnt register with these people, they thought Putin was a good guy and wouldnt invade (despite him already having done so), or they simply didnt care what happens to Europe. They also seem to think he was afraid of Trump for some strange reason. It all leaves me pretty speechless. So kudos to Musk for stepping up when they wont.

Kindred spirits my man! I only saw them once up in the Dayton, Ohio area where they're from probably that same tour.. 95-96ish. Was a good show from what I remember - they didn't go super encore mode on that show. That sounds awesome! Big fan of many genres of music, but I spent so much time in the 90's listening to alternative and indie music from an awesome college radio station out of Oxford, OH that went by the call signal WOXY, 97.X - "The future of rock n' roll..." which got a little notoriety from the movie Rain Man, partially filmed here in Cincy. Anyway, GBV was a staple on that station. Fond memories!
