I've had Heineken, Bud Lite w/ Lime, Coors Lite, Budweiser, and Corona so far in the past months, along with some mixed drinks and stuff, but I'm looking for one solid beer I can buy and not regret. My grandpa always said that his favorite beer was the one in his hand at the moment. He loved them all. Judging by your past drinking experience, I'd say stick to a domestic beer. Go out with friends and try lots of different beers. We literally have thousands available in the US and there really aren't too many that are bad. Micro breweries make some of the best beers out there and every region has their favorites. You're young, go experiment and have fun doing it. Personally, i hate IPAs and any beer with chocolate or coffee in it, so that lets me avoid those shitty beers. if you like budweiser, Brooklyn Lager and Lagunitas PILS would be good. they taste a lot like Bud. another thing to try is to find a local brewery, and talk to them about beer. they are always very knowledgeable about beers since it is their life.
