MW2 FreezeTag not working.

I recently bought cod4 on pc (steam), and I can't seem to get into the MW2 freezetag server. It would say "key code in use. try reconnecting later". I tried many key codes. I can play on other servers that require keycodes, but not this one. Any sort of help i can have?

So you bought a new copy on Steam and it says key code in use?  I would contact them to get a new code. 

The second part is where are you getting your codes? How many do you have if you have tried “many”?

I went to this video, I tried multiple codes and they seem to not work with the server.

dont try any other codes  just use the one that came with steam if theres a issue with that code contact steam before you contact check if your game got patched to 1.7

@SpadeVI you have two guids attached to your name in our servers. One on 8/26 and the other on 8/27

Well yeah, I tired to connect to the server on the 26th and 27th but it didn't work. If you want to know, I tried connecting after downgrading cod4 from 1.8 to version 1.8-17.7

I patched my game to 1.7 so i can use cod4x. It originally came with 1.8 but there were barely any servers. So I downgraded to version 1.8-17.7

Point of clarification.  We don't use COD4x just COD4, COD4x is 1.8 iirc.

SO i started playing on the COD2 server with XI.  the 1.47 ver.  Now my unfreeze does not work.  i tried using the "USE" and bound it to "U" for me.  still nothing.  I have to unfreeze people while next to them. Anyone have any suggestions?

Bind it to F, which is the default. See what happens.

When you post a new topic in a topic already started may get confusing. Start a new one next time. But ya do what Sammy said good luck.
