But, somehow I always had something else to take care of first, the shed, the boat, making beer.. Always something more important to me. Finally she thought of a clever way to make her point. When I arrived home one day, I found her seated in the tall grass, busily snipping away with a tiny pair of sewing scissors. I watched silently for a short time and then went into the house. I was gone only a minute, and when I came out again I handed her a toothbrush. I said, "When you finish cutting the grass, you might as well sweep the driveway." The doctors say I will walk again, but I will always have a limp. _____________________________ My wife sat down next to me as I was flipping channels. She asked, "What's on TV?" I said, "Dust." And then the fight started... ________________________________ Saturday morning I got up early, quietly dressed, made my lunch, and slipped quietly into the garage. I hooked up the boat up to the van and proceeded to back out into a torrential downpour. The wind was blowing 50 mph, so I pulled back into the garage, turned on the radio, and discovered that the weather would be bad all day. I went back into the house, quietly undressed, and slipped back into bed. I cuddled up to my wife's back; now with a different anticipation, and whispered, "The weather out there is terrible." My loving wife of 5 years replied, "And, can you believe my stupid husband is out fishing in that?" And that's how the fight started... _______________________________ My wife was hinting about what she wanted for our upcoming anniversary. She said, "I want something shiny that goes from 0 to 150 in about 3 seconds." I bought her a bathroom scale. And then the fight started...... ______________________________ After retiring, I went to the Social Security office to apply for Social Security. The woman behind the counter asked me for my driver's License to verify my age. I looked in my pockets and realized I had left my wallet at home. I told the woman that I was very sorry, but I would have to go home and come back later. The woman said, 'Unbutton your shirt'. So I opened my shirt revealing my curly silver hair. She said, 'That silver hair on your chest is proof enough for me' and she processed my Social Security application. When I got home, I excitedly told my wife about my experience at the Social Security office. She said, 'You should have dropped your pants. You might have gotten disability too.' And then the fight started... ________________________________ My wife was standing nude, looking in the bedroom mirror. She was not happy with what she saw and said to me, "I feel horrible; I look old, fat and ugly. I really need you to pay me a compliment.' I replied, "Your eyesight's damn near perfect." And then the fight started........ ________________________________ I rear-ended a car this morning...the start of a REALLY bad day! The driver got out of the other car, and he was a DWARF!! He looked up at me and said 'I am NOT Happy!' So I said, 'Well, which one ARE you then?' That's how the fight started. ________________________________ One year, I decided to buy my mother-in-law a cemetery plot as a Christmas gift... The next year, I didn't buy her a gift. When she asked me why, I replied, "Well, you still haven't used the gift I bought you last year!" And that's how the fight started.

I was hiking once with my girlfriend. Suddenly a huge brown bear was charging at us, really mad. We must have come close to her cubs. Luckily I had my 9mm pistol with me. One shot to my girlfriend's kneecap was all it took. I could walk away at a comfortable pace.

Oh dear, although some of this is true it is only partly true, may I also point out that this is also in the premier left wing socialist newspaper, it is being used as a weapon. I should also say that this is not only our country, indeed my youngest recently returned from a year in Toronto and he was amazed how many homeless were on the streets there. That said we indeed have homeless people, which is a travesty when we feed and house illegal immigrants ( back on this again, but true) and fail our own. However with a lot of these it is by choice, either addicts, professional beggars (some of whom return home at night) or other reasons. However we have many many things in place to prevent this, some state run and some voluntary. Not being a drug user (and I don't mean marijuana, although I don't use that either) I did not know until recently how bad the situation was, nor how many resources are used on these people, unfortunately I experienced it first hand. This is the scourge of the world at the moment, it not only wrecks individuals but is wrecking countries and millions of ordinary people suffer. This problem was there when I was young, and will be there when I die, but it has definitely got worse and with some is becoming the norm. A spin off is the violence, burglaries etc etc that comes from these people. Now I sat there ,and listened to people tripping over themselves to house these guys, and to a man they all refused and prefered to go back to rough living, which they did. I had the chance to talk to two of them in depth, and it was sad to see that they actually wanted to live that way, they may even be dead by now. This is not just the UK my dear, it is the Western World, even China and Russia suffer, this will not go away, housing is a big problem, but not the only one. Back on bloody politics eh?

South Africa just last week (SEP 18th) legalized POT for private use. I dont smoke it myself and dont have any problem with it. Guess they realized our prisons are to full the harmless joint smokers. Keep it burning!

No offense but its kind of a dumb idea That would reduce the population to almost nobody, because lets be honest, if u normally play on a server and it suddenly asks u for a password...who is gonna take the time to go looking for it when u can just join another one? Most people just play on them because of the features and community not because of the owners you know?

@RobMc It is not only Toronto there are tons of homeless people in every province /city in Canada. Every country of the world. I have never heard of a homeless person being fined or put in jail for asking for help no matter the reason. That is just insane to me. A few months ago I put a back pack together for a homeless man my son told me about. We did not see him for a while till last week. My son gave him the back pack and he was shocked and thanked my son a lot. My son asked him if he wanted to go get a meal and the dude said he could not because he had kids he needed to feed. He asked my son if he could buy groceries (canned/packaged stuff) for his kids in exchange for the meal money and my son said yes. Happy ending to that story. I have never looked down to anyone no matter what their situation is. I see everyone as human beings. If they need help I will try to help anyone as much as I can.

I don't know if it's any kind of a record but 45 years ago today (Sept 27 1973) I smoked my first Joint. since then I have smoked at least a joint a day , That's all but maybe 8 days in there I was too sick to smoke any. As a pot head I have owned 5 different businesses and had enough money built up and saved to retire 9 years ago at age 59 and now I get a nice gratuity every month. I Have never had a traffic ticket, never been in an accident and have logged close to 1.5 Million miles driving as a profession. I have never myself been arrested, and have been in the Los Angeles county Jail at least 175 times stoned on weed as a Bounty hunter Booking criminals for the reward. Good old Clear eyes to get the red out. One more thing I just filled my pipe with some great weed and I'm going to the park to chill for a couple hours My motto Has always been "Smoke Dope, Eat Pussy and trip out like a Big Dog" . As a bounty hunter I never shot anybody to where they died from it and only had to shoot two one in the arm and the other in the leg (Felons and stupid) Hell I caught them LOL.

Deerjon,I'm turning 67 in DEC. been smoking since I was 19.Plus I got to retire at 51,still married have 2 sons 3 grandkids and still have my wife since 1974,not bad for a chronic pot smoker.Canada will be able to smoke everywhere where people can smoke cigarettes,this happens OCT.17/2018. The province announced the regulations will allow marijuana to be smoked anywhere cigarettes can be smoked, and will be covered by the Smoke-Free Ontario Act. It means anywhere people can smoke a cigarette, people can smoke pot, including outside of the police station on the sidewalk.

I have the same starter kit for a 5hp Tecumseh but it does Not fit the older H50-H60 Tecumseh engines. I have an H50 on my old rototiller and a spare H60 engine in my shed. Both are off of old snow blowers and both have the starter ring gear. The mount on the newer starters is different than the older ones. It won't bolt up. Heck I'll sell ya my old Snapper blower cheap. It's 24" with a 5hp Briggs engine. It does OK but you gota go really slow. Just not quite enough power to cut through drifts and that wet crap that the Plow trucks always push up into our short driveway. I went to an auction the other day and ended up buying a 1998 Cub Cadet 1030 blower for $60. 10hp 30" cut. Hasn't run in 10+ years but I got it running pretty good with a quick carburetor cleaning.
