@SammyI’d have to agree with @Icequeen and @Timmah!....if you are going to fuck with my ability to run around and bunny hop in any way, shape or form, then why is there no discussion about fucking with all the campers in some way? If they stay in the same spot for more than 2 minutes they should get a big target highlighted on the minimap...or something similar? I guess I don’t understand why the bunny hopping style of gameplay is getting singled out as something to tweak. I understand when making adjustments to guns and perks...as those equally affect everyone that uses them, but to make adjustments to the game that specifically targets people just for the style of play they choose seems arbitrary.

So far I only have these 2, althought im getting 2 more on my collarbone in like 3 months or so while i gather the money haha

It hinders some people's ability to hide like li'l bishes in the back of their spawn & only engage the other team from a safe distance of comfort, without having to do any cqb... See, they want to sit around in safety like it's a sniper server, yet want the convenience of many people running around that isn't found in a sniper server. So they ooze hypocrisy about it not being fair etc. They don't mind you running/hopping around the server, as long as you stay at a comfortable distance for them to take potshots with their sniper rifle or smaw or grenade launcher. In other words, they want their cake & eat it too.

I feel I can provide further clarity - currently there is bunny hopping and we are thinking of removing it.

Haha. Ok just to clarify something because its something being looked into on the 147 test server. There is bunny hopping and then there is the sprint/jump/sprint trick to get you unlimited sprint across the map. So we are checking out a workaround of sorts that if you do that three times in a row very quickly... sprinting the whole time... your ability to jump is disabled for a few seconds. Otherwise everything remains the same. No disabled weapons etc or any of that shit. Another option is to instead disable sprinting for a short time. As though you maxed out your sprint time like usual and it needs to regenerate. In effect, jumping counts towards your sprint and regeneration time the same as if you were sprinting only. Otherwise, bunny hoppers, have at it.
