You can only vote as a player, else you could be sat there eating lunch or smoking a bowl, or whatever you do rather than being committed to playing the game. Also 2 maps can not be skipped consecutively. Ie you can't skip the present map if the previous map was skipped. I know it can be a pain, but the rules are there so that a line can be written in the sand. If you want to have a valid vote, then join a team and vote, if more than 50 % of active players vote skip , then we will skip. So long as the previous map was not skipped. I hope that makes sense, and enjoy the game and our servers

!FU Sourtap lol You starting trouble again? Bad @Sourtap very bad. I think the point is that you actually have to be on a team and playing for your vote to count? There needs to be a majority vote of the players Playing on the server. If there are 30 people on the server and 15 vote yes then the vote fails. Need 16 or more Yes votes for a Majority Vote. Some of the problem is that Alot of people playing do not even vote. If ya don't like a certain map please feel free to ask an admin to cast a vote. If the vote fails (Like it often does because People do not vote) and you don't want to play that particular map? just leave the server for a few minutes. Go watch a couple Youtube videos or Porn or do something constructive for a few minutes until the next map starts.

A loooooooot of people in the servers would love to see me get banned because of my gameplay and/or my talking in game. They might have a chance to celebrate now, but before I hand over the champagne bottles for them to pop, I would love to know why I got permanently banned? Is it because I asked questions about the adminning concerning the vote system? Is it because I called out @iBrock for pretending to be afk just so he didnt have to cast a vote? Or is it an admin who had a itsy bitsy too much sunday sips of the good ole alcohol and could not hold his/her grudge towards me any longer? Or is it something else? I have over 230 games on Steam, I gave up on the sales like 2 years ago. I simply don't have the time to play them all. Interesting too at the same time, I remember years ago PayPal would simply hint or give hints off about a steam summer sale dates. You on the other hand managed to get them all for this year I might have a look around on the spring sale cheers!

Spectators are NOT allowed to vote and players are NOT allowed to call their own votes unless the admin starts the vote if the admin is not present then you can fend for yourself and go to spec to force the change but not if a admin is present Its very simple to vote Player asks for a Vote (Please do not abuse this just cause you want to play the next map) Votes only Allowed in First round (Do not ask for a Vote in the other rounds) Admin calls vote Players can now Vote YES once (Spectators NOT Allowed to Vote) (if player keeps putting Yes in chat it will not count cause your causing problems with the vote) Once Admin gets the count the Admin will let you know if the Vote Failed or Passed (If it Fails dont complain just enjoy the map or comeback when map is over)

So sourtap (stupid) you was in spec in the game, jumped on a team to vote then jumped right back off. your vote did not count for crap. spectator votes do not count.

I would take a picnic and stop along the drive and have a picnic. Because if I am on a team I can vote right? Or does it have to be a x amount of time that I am on the team? Nothing has been said about that. All I am asking about is what makes a vote a vote. Admins ask for a yes or no. We get 9 yes to skip a map and 0 no to skip a map, in a 18/19 playerbase map with about 8 frustrated spectators. Yet, the map does not get skipped. @Totty Please do not talk to me like I am a new kiddo. I've been here for multiple years, and you just came in a few months ago. I know more about this clan and servers than you. @PnBear I played the entire round before it, asked for the vote. I voted in spec, indeed. Had to be in a team, so I joined a team and voted. So why does that not count then? Please elaborate. Sounds like XI got their rules mixed up. I did exactly what your fellow admin/mod @Totty said to do, which was to join a team and cast my vote. Also it is kind of suiting how the 'admin/mod' people are reacting to a sincere question about how things work in these servers.
