We are different on Freeze Tag #1. We do not have a voting system in place. If a single XI member requests to play the map we will. So, you could have ten non-XI saying skip the map and only 1 XI member saying play it, we'll play it. Hope that makes sense. Cheers!

Honestly it's good thing sour got ban! F him but to be fair. He's got a point, this whole voting thing is just stupid. Make it simple, vote Yes vs vote No. Players who do not vote don't count them at all. 10 playing. 4 yes. 2 no. 4 no vote. And f u again sour. Yes wins. 4 people didn't use their right therfore they can f off.

Perfect to put in the middle of these seats! You could wipe each other off as foreplay!

Unless I am mistaken, removing a map from someone elses rotation isnt done unless there is something actually wrong with it. Meaning buggy or glitchy. Not because some other players dont like it and make a fuss until they get appeased. Peace in our time. Rejoice. The answer has always been that if you dont like it, make your own rotation and submit it. But perhaps times have changed and "dont like it, dont play it" has today become "dont like it, ensure nobody can play it". Perhaps every potential rotation should first be posted in an open forum thread. Then debate and take a vote whether or not to add it, or alter it. Then there will be no need to hold in-game skip votes and it can be shut off, so to speak. That should be fun.

After almost 9 years of being together and a divorce under our belt each and 5 kids total!! We finally tied the knot!! 2-23-23

So today we were playing one of the worst maps ever, random spawns, bad rendering etc. etc. There were 19 players playing whilst the complaining started so we asked for a vote. @iBrock completely ignored all of us, we called our own vote (9 voted to skip, 0 to not skip) and eventually left the server after we spent minutes trying to get his attention and he kept on playing, so he was not afk. Great adminning ! Then @PnBear came in and called a vote. Yes or No to skip. 8 votes for yes, 0 for not to skip, with the same amount of active players and around 8 people in spectator. So what are the requirements for a vote to be passed or not? I personally think the rule of 'being in a team to be able to vote' is pure horsecrap, since someone dislikes the map so bad, they go to spectator. If there are numerous of YES votes and 0 NO votes, and the map still does not get skipped, then why even ask the 'yes or no' question? We all know there are a bunch of players who don't use their mics and/or don't type in game (frequently). Call me stupid but if I play a match and I score 9 goals, whilst the opponent scores 0, I think I have won, as it should be with the voting thingy. In the end, a bunch of players stayed spectating while a decent amount left the server cause we all (except the 0 no votes) wanted to change map but the vote got ignored the first time, and denied the second time. "GREAT" way to handle that. :thumb

Based on some of the arguments: 16 active players. 1 yay 0 nay. The yay has it skip the map. Not even “yay’s”. If this is unfair, 1 player deciding for all, but requiring 9 players (%55 more or less) is also unfair, what’s your number in between that is fair? %25? %15? And who picks this number? Oh yea, the same people that picked %51. Never mind.

Only yes votes are counted , no votes or non votes are not counted, if more than 50% of ACTIVE players vote yes, Then the map is skipped

A loooooooot of people in the servers would love to see me get banned because of my gameplay and/or my talking in game. They might have a chance to celebrate now, but before I hand over the champagne bottles for them to pop, I would love to know why I got permanently banned? Is it because I asked questions about the adminning concerning the vote system? Is it because I called out @iBrock for pretending to be afk just so he didnt have to cast a vote? Or is it an admin who had a itsy bitsy too much sunday sips of the good ole alcohol and could not hold his/her grudge towards me any longer? Or is it something else? Please do tell me, I would love to hear it. And for the people who have been waiting for my ban, cheers

!FU Sourtap lol You starting trouble again? Bad @Sourtap very bad. I think the point is that you actually have to be on a team and playing for your vote to count? There needs to be a majority vote of the players Playing on the server. If there are 30 people on the server and 15 vote yes then the vote fails. Need 16 or more Yes votes for a Majority Vote. Some of the problem is that Alot of people playing do not even vote. If ya don't like a certain map please feel free to ask an admin to cast a vote. If the vote fails (Like it often does because People do not vote) and you don't want to play that particular map? just leave the server for a few minutes. Go watch a couple Youtube videos or Porn or do something constructive for a few minutes until the next map starts.

Because if I am on a team I can vote right? Or does it have to be a x amount of time that I am on the team? Nothing has been said about that. All I am asking about is what makes a vote a vote. Admins ask for a yes or no. We get 9 yes to skip a map and 0 no to skip a map, in a 18/19 playerbase map with about 8 frustrated spectators. Yet, the map does not get skipped. @Totty Please do not talk to me like I am a new kiddo. I've been here for multiple years, and you just came in a few months ago. I know more about this clan and servers than you. @PnBear I played the entire round before it, asked for the vote. I voted in spec, indeed. Had to be in a team, so I joined a team and voted. So why does that not count then? Please elaborate. Sounds like XI got their rules mixed up. I did exactly what your fellow admin/mod @Totty said to do, which was to join a team and cast my vote. Also it is kind of suiting how the 'admin/mod' people are reacting to a sincere question about how things work in these servers.
