Not being there for my DAd at his end breaks my heart when i think about it, but i was fortunate enough to be there right before he passed to help and comfort, and that's the memory i cling to most. Any day now my Mom will be passing as well. Last year they gave her one month so she is still fighting. But sometimes they are better off if they would give in. Sad to say. But I can't stand seeing my mother like this, after all she has been through. But I will feel like crap when she isn't part of my life. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
