i dont know bout anyone else but i really think the nova gas is got to go. its ruining this mod.. especially on small maps its making it impossible to play ...mask or no mask..u cant see thru it..or atleast i cant even tho others still can get one shot kills thru it..but w.e...the nova gas is effecting teammates and fukn idiots thru on teammates then gets them killd..not cool by the way...but anyways think the games would play alot better without this ...its the worse thing ever to add...want to add something what bout a defrost perk...for every 10 assists u get u abtain a defrost container throw it on teammate give it a timer or something like other smoke devices..but really think its time for nova gas to go...

I've been saying for almost a year that the gas should defrost ppl, not kill them. Maybe change it to something clear and have it as a defrost bomb

The main problem is that our own teammates don't think about their buddies on the field and launch that shit everywhere. We can't walk through, we can't see through and many times all the ways are full of gas directly on spawns.

 

And all the perks/weapons like explosive crossbow, tubes, artillery & co are not adapted for small maps. So maybe small maps need to be removed too. Each time I'm coming on the server it's a minimap with 33 players on it and explosions everywhere, just no fun :/

But i'm happy to see old maps on the server those days, just the spawns sucks, dunno why it's different now :/

Give me a break man..You are one of our BEST players ..But..Your constant whining about trying to make the game better for your killing pleasure is a turn off...Get rid of smoke get rid of tubes get rid of small maps..WTF!!..You want to go back to playing with your self?..Will have nothing left..

 

Leave the shit as is..the only way some people can get kills here..I personally love to walk through gas and put a knife on your ass..

Well as an opinion mine does not really matter, however I have been hearing (since the creation of the MOD) that a lot of players dislike the gas. I have to say that I have often thought that on small maps the novagas alters the gameplay massively (But isn't that what any addition in a MOD is supposed to do? If we wanna keep things the same, why even MOD server at all?). However, if wearing the gasmask, how is it worse than normal smoke grenades? Or is it just that it is to flashy coloured, and thus people notice it's existance more?

Might be a weird question, and not intending to insult you. However shouldn't you be playing the normal g13 spearhead/freeze-tag MOD? Since it seems that you have named nearly all additions in this MOD as not beïng well adapted to the game.

I personally love the gas but really I only use it on my own teammates to annoy the shit out of them when they find that perfect camping spot and i choke the shit outta them. Tagger, Google, Jumper and Chile.

doesnt matter if it stays or not..its still ruining the mod..especially on small maps makes them impossible to play....and ppl complaining maps takn longer to play too...nova gas is part of that reason

My opinion is you all need to quit fucking whining about it and adjust your perks when it matters. The only time it really affects a map is on small maps. On small maps deadly silence is less needed anyway so it is a fine trade off. I am not a gas fan but it had its place. Leave it.

Many of us have brought this point up in the past about the gas, on some of the small maps where there is only a few passing points, the enemy just throws the gas in these spots and it totally gridlocks the map, which makes it no fun at all when you are just stuck unfrozen unable to move, then of course we get the invisible gas, i am sure we have all walked into this on just about every map, no gas in sight yet you experience the same effects for about 10 seconds, very strange, i don't think the gas adds anything good to this game only takes away some of the fun, and it's not as if we would be removing something that has always been there, this has only been introduced to the mod recently so it's not the same as saying stop the Tubes or stop Bunny Hopping.
