Apologies, I made the assumption that the 'one extra vote' you were referring to was aimed at the quoted "That isn't cheating SOB" which was in turn referring to the one extra vote from a work computer. Not the quoted "Using an ip changer to vote 100 times a day is cheating". Either way, it is not cheating to vote multiple times a day from different IPs.
