Vape, Smoke, Or not?

Just curious, who here uses vapes? I've used one for the last 2 years to quit smoking, and have successfully lost the habit of smoking cigarettes. Just curious about what other people might do?

I actually quit smoking exactly 4 weeks ago. What helps me is to vape though I don't do it as often (I wasn't a big smoker either). I'll quit vaping though probably this winter as it's just to help me when I get in a bad mood  lol

I used a vape for about 6 months to kick a 30 year smoking habit.now been smoke and vape free for 2 and 1/2 years.congrats on quitting smoking.

Congratz, how do you feel? The first thing I noticed, I enjoyed food more and breathing felt better.

I quit cold turkey last January,feels better breathing.All I know is that if you have 1 or 2 smokes after you quit you'll probably start again,I know this cause I've quit before for 4 years and that was before I went to the first >XI< fest had one of your Marlboros, remember Olive and before you know it I was back at it.This time that's it those fucking things, they are useless and dirty.They're making it tough over in Canada to smoke,I mean they even hide the cigarettes in shelves behind panels so they are not visible.You are not even allowed to smoke in a park where kids are playing baseball or any organized sport or city property or children in your car. I've never heard of anyone getting busted for this though.The best thing is  DON'T START!

7.5 years smoke free from smoking 2 packs a day. Used the Champix pill to quit myself, worked wonders for me

Snoking 15 years now, about 1.5 pack a day. Orderered a vaper for my birthday (september 12th) and planning to give up smoking then. Think it will help improve my times on the marathon (doh :p )

Just like @WildPenguin I have never smoked anything in my life....

My parents were heavy smokers.....it was disgusting to be penned up in a car with them.

Our whole house smelled of the nastiness and everything had a yellow tint to it.

Gross, have no idea what people see in it.

Unfortunately I'll probably die from second hand cancer  LOL

Quit three years ago after more than 50 years of it. Tried everything until I came up with my own scheme. First, quit smoking in the house and car. Then, quit smoking for convenience (that after breakfast coffee cigarette) and only smoked when I really needed to. That cut my smoking 50 percent. Then, I began to smoke only half a cigarette and butt it. Next time, I would pick up that butt and finish it. That cut smoking 50 percent. After about two months of that, I began to smoke only a third of a cigarette. Did that for about a month until Christmas Eve 2014 when I said that's it. And it was. I know that just like an alcoholic, I'll be back to the habit if I smoke just one cigarette.    

As with Toes, I did a lot of damage to my lungs, especially my left lung. I suspect I have COPD and am having tests down later this fall. The sooner you get off the damned things, the better - and longer - your life will be.

Smoked for over 18 years and quite 5 times before actually giving up on cigarettes.  I was able to quit by chewing tobacco, which I did for 4+ years and gave that up too.  Now I only smoke Cigars (but not inhaling - it's a social thing that I really enjoy).  I have a Humidor that can hold up to 500 cigars but only have  about 150+ in it now.  I do have a "Youcan" Vape Pen that is used for CBD dabs.

I quit 9 years ago after I had my heart attack, open heart surgery, a pacemaker and a stint all caused from smoking 2 - 3 large packs a day. One piece of advice quit now before your life changes drastically. You will have better since of smell and food taste much better as well plus the money you can save as well .

Im attempting to do that myself but I do know that after long use of the vape causes major isssues with fluid in your lungs.

I quit about 7 months ago after a heart scare and went onto the e-cigs. It has worked a treat I must say especially after smoking for 8+ years. Once you find the right flavour you like....stick with it , that's how i managed to quit cigarettes/tobacco altogether

All rumors man , nothing scientific confirmed about anything regarding e-liquids yet. At the end of the day would you rather smoke tobacco with tar or e-liquids , that's the way I look at it

i vape just ask the guys at the EU meet  i never used to smoke but used a thing called Snus which is a smokeless tobacco. vaping can work out expensive but that depends how much you abuse the vape juice and what size tank you use like myself i use a 6ml tank to create huge clouds and i easily go through a bottle a day but if you're thinking of vaping start with the pen type but get it from a proper vape shop not a corner store because they're generally shit and know NOTHING about what suits you

I'm the same as you Numb Nutz,but I see where you live,same country as me.Ha ha.The thing is I started at around 19 when I had a good paying part time job at one  of our hospitals  and still lived at home so I had plenty of money to afford an ounce every 2 weeks.We only paid $15 or $20 back then in the late 60's.Lot's of hashish also.The 3 WWW's = Weed,Wine Women.
