Hi all. I might pick up a new game. New to me at least. What non-cod games tend to be the most populated by XI members other than minecraft? Kinda bored with cod4 to be honest. Spawn-shoot-freeze-repeat gets old.

It is with great sadness that i have to announce the death of one of our fellow members some if not all of you will know that Johnnyquest a.k.a. Mark Johnston: was a big gamer and teamspeak user with XI and a long time freeze tag 1 player on cod 4 a short illness of cancer took him away from us He passed away on September 9, 2016 this news was brought to us from a good friend of johnnyquest " badger" thank you penguin for relaying this information to us RIP Mark not forgotten

this looks like a Pike but it is called a Chain Pickeral. These are smaller than a pike and on rare occasion grow to 30 inches. This one I caught is considered pretty big for the area.

An XI Unreal 2004 server up and running. Currently set to the 'Mutant' gametype. 15 bots. In the server browser change to he mutant gametype and look for the XI server in the list. Come check it out. Eventually the goal is to get the Fraghouse Invasion mod running but I still need time to sort all of that out.

Some times when you're downloading a map, or the game has just started you will see higher latency. /disconnect and then /reconnect should remedy that.

@YACCster should be able to tell you

If that don't work, go to your console and type /reconnect

Simple..Click QUICK REFRESH icon on your top rigth hand page ( Under join server page) ..Ping will flash ..Join again...Voila!!!

Hi Markoff, I get the same from time to time and my ping is usually around the 100, although not had it for a while....................... seems I get this message when the server is busy, but usually a re boot gets me in

Trying to get a bunch of gamers - let alone XI gamers - to do the same thing on a server is like herding cats. I am of the belief that Cobra and AH1 would've seen the comedy in the attempt and, wherever they are, are feeling the love, and not any disrespect.

Certainly a different look with UT than CoD but fun. So many mods and mutators that nearly anything was possible. Probably going to try and set up a redeemer-only match just for kicks. Was great fun back in the day. One of the goals is to get away from anything CoD/BF. So not the usual DM/TDM or Freezetag. Greed was pretty fun also. The rules for Mutant are simple but pretty different gameplay from the usual. http://unreal.wikia.com/wiki/Mutant Made an online demo this morning to show the server working with standard settings but it takes youtube forever to process anything these days.
