There is already an earlier version of it on the other server. Called OW2 1.45i mod. Currently set to 12 players but I can increase that. Soon as I get more of the hint message stuff moved it should be ready for next round of beta testing. See the other thread about that. When the server was Chicago based it never lagged like it has been doing.The connection issues people are having are sorta hard to explain.A few of people (6-8 people on a full team) will get a 2-4 second CI then a few minutes later every ones ping will go up by 100-200ms for 8-10 seconds then it will be OK for a while. ACR is a gun that everyone can use but the M16 is not.I mean you can TRY to spray-n-pray with the M16 but you won't hit with it very often.ACR is a Sniper Rifle that you can Run-N-Gun with.M16 is a Sniper rifle that is best suited for Camping.Unless you happen to hack like iBoomBoom and Tagger then you can just run around and bunny hop and do 360 spin jump shots on everyone. hahaha !fu @@iboomboom and @@TaGg3r Scoarch, TaGg3r, L!ckALotAPus and 1 other 4 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options... I came here almost 6 years ago and haven't found a better server or better Mod.Well truthfully I haven't even looked for any other place sense I started playing here.The only other Game and mod that I liked a tiny bit better was Medal Of Honor Allied Assault Freezetag but that game became a Giant Hackers paradise because of the lack of a good active Anti Cheat program. I looked long and hard for a good freezetag server to play on and [G13] had a good 1 up and XI had a good 1 up.I played on both.I joined [G13] and played here and on the [G13] servers for 2 years till [G13] disbanded then I got an invite to join here and never looked back. Now it worked for awhile, then i was getting "packet loss" error and kicks me for 5 minutes multiple times. Tried three other servers and they were fine. I dont care how many times people go on about it, a great weapon was nerfed and I don't care if you call it a noob weapon for people that can't hit the broad side of a barn, that's your opinion your entitled to it as everyone else is to theirs. Seems people are being hypocritical though, the ACR is not the only one that is easy to kill with but someone had a cry about the weapon and something got done about it. Don't forget everyone, this is about the few rather than the majority which is quite evident, so just enjoy the new mod as talking about the old days/weapons just gets you a STFU. Last but not least the old mod would not have caused the game to be boxed up. We ran for a long time before the mod was changed and always had decent numbers so I don't agree with that. Sammy does do a great job for us all here so don't let my comments take anything away from his dedication and skill, that is not my aim. I'm just being honest and speaking my mind. That said, everyone has their own way of dealing with anger or stress so I don't worry to much unless someone gets personal in game. We are all here for fun but we are human also so conflict is a given. Honest opinion is important, it let's you know where people stand and how they feel about something. Never be afraid of speaking your mind here, some may not agree but that's life right? If the conflict is legit and warranted I'll have your back. As would most others here.
