Mod warfare on your site was made

for the few. I have played on various sites on American servers and so far yours is the worst it use to be 1 of the best but you have made it so the main people who play on this site such as admin is suited to them or those who jump. I have observed that if you jump and shoot it is more accurate than aiming and shooting , I'm sorry but this is depressing this used to be a hard core server but has changed. I know this as I have seen other players come on to other various sites and fail as they don't have the set advantages of your site. yes I whinge but with the hope someone will listen as your site you's to be 1 of the best but to what I see now that your site is less preferable than others. okay say don't play and I have never regarded myself as a good player but as you or others may notice that certain people even myself only come on infrequently as in the hope this mod may have been rectified as the people on the site are enjoyable to play with. Hope something can be done otherwise more than me meaning a lot of good players will not participate.

Delighted you play on our servers but understand that our members come first, and we host games and mods they want to play. Yes, some players jump when they're shot at. Then too, some duck. Some run. It's all part of the game.

Otherwise, we don't just think we're the best, we know we're the best. Nor do we lack for players.

I'm sorry you are disappointed.  Hours and hours of work go into our servers.  Members/players make suggestions/comments all the time and Sammy works hard to create the server that everyone wants.  Is everyone happy? No  Will everyone ever be happy?  No  We strive to create a server that a majority like.

For clarity, @Nighto is referring to our COD4MW2 server. Nighto has a different game style than the majority, which is run & gun. He's right about the accuracy, if you make an anticipatory shot in front of the player you are most likely to get a kill as opposed to shooting right at the player. I have often gotten kills which I didn't think I would, people disappeared around the corner and I shot behind them, but my bullets seemed to have made a turn and chased the opposing player to kill them. 

The one thing that helps a fair bit is using /cl_packetdup 5 I only recommend it for players with really high ping, 120ms+. So, the fuckers with 18ms ping, fuck you, dont use it, seriously fuck your ping, I am jealous.

We can't make everyone happy, mate. Behind the scenes, there is a lot going on that people don't know about and it's mostly just one guy doing it all. Just give the hard working people a break and step back and realise they do so much for us and people still complain. It's not easy to manage a mod, and a server AND keep everyone happy. You will never please everyone.

With the shooting them stuff it's better to shoot where they are going, not where they are, to compensate for the ping difference. Also, bunny hopping changes the characters hit boxes and it makes it harder for the bullets to register with the body, thus making them harder to hit.

Loader and I put a lot of work into our CoD2 servers, thinking of ways to make it more interesting for others, changing the map rotations every month and hosting events for the fun of it. We try to cater to all types of players, and it is the same with our other servers. There are so many different play styles and different kinds of maps it might seem " a load of bs."

You are correct and to be honest sometimes its funny as hell when you shoot a bush and it kills someone who is 20 feet away....That is what makes it fun all the bullshit

I like to play all games types. I don't like to be predictable even though Miss @WildPenguin believes I am or how many radars @jumperkeeps on me. I like to jump, snipe, and yes occasionally I will camp camp camp.  it's fun. Be different. Enjoy the game because that's what it is....only a game.

no one is ever in there,admins lower jump to minimum lets go shoot at eachother nighto.that is my favorite mod.no jump just result in dolphin diving and camping instead which im getting good at playing in uk servers which dont allow jump

Dear Nigtho, we've all known each other for a long time, I always respect you like one of the good players coming to our servers and a great person.  I'm surprised that you're talking to us like this to share your point of view about our server. As in life everything changes and some changes may not please you, but also allow you to evolve, try new things and grow up. We have all played on different servers and we have all tried different styles of game, I understand that this one may not like you as much as us, and as I have seen it in game, may be difficult to you adapt to this style which is frustrating for you or even not interested, but that adaptation is or was for all of us the same. We have always been a clan that we accept new proposals and ideas, even from those who are not part of our family. But as GG said many people put our effort and personal time to achieve a pleasant place and above all fun, and it does not seem fair for us you speak in this way, I hope you reflect on your words and if you have something more interesting to propose than these simple complaints, please bring it up and do it respectfully, we are always ready for new ideas.

The mod setup on this server is admittedly arcade-like in how it plays. Not anything close to tactical realism. Not like the stock game either. Has been for a very long time. Players can run a little faster than normal. They also dont suffer from the default 'slowdown' when double jumping. Which is probably enabled on the other servers you play on. Put those together and the usual predictability with standard settings on countering bunnies isnt the same here. Also means players used to servers with no slowdown dont play as well on servers that do have it. That is to be expected.

Never explored the option but in the past thought of turning off the slowdown effect via a perk. Or maybe adding it to lightweight. Everybody uses the default setting unless they choose it. But I knew that would go over with a very large thud. Would certainly make things more interesting however. Do you rely on bunny hopping so much that you would spend a perk on it. And which perks would you give up to get it. I love getting players out of their comfort zones so your comment that this mod is not like all the others is a compliment.
