I couldn't believe it! Say it isn't so! Unfortunately it is...

One morning three South Georgia good old boys and three Yankees were in a ticket line at the Albany train station heading to Athens for a big football game. The three Northerners each bought a ticket and watched as the three Southerners bought just one ticket among them. "How are the three of you going to travel on one one ticket?" asked one of the Yankees. "Watch and learn" answered one of the boys from the South. When the six travelers boarded the train, the three Yankees sat down, but the three Southerners crammed into a bathroom together and closed the door. Shortly after the train departed, the conductor came around to collect tickets. He knocked on the bathroom door and said, "tickets please." the door opened just a crack and a single arm emerged with a ticket in hand. The conductor took it and moved on. The Yankees saw this happen and agreed it was quite a clever idea indeed; so clever that they decided to do the same thing on the return trip and save some money. That evening after the game when they got to the Charlotte train station, they bought a single ticket for the return trip while to their astonishment the three Southerners didn't buy even one ticket. "How are you going to travel without a ticket?" asked one of the perplexed Yankees. "Watch and learn", answered one of the Southern boys. When they boarded the train the three Northerners crammed themselves into a bathroom and the three Southerners crammed themselves into the other bathroom across from it. Shortly after the train began to move, one of the Southerners left their bathroom and walked quietly over to the Yankee's bathroom. He knocked on the door and said, "ticket please". There's just no way on God's green earth to explain how the Yankees won the war

The move from Nashville to my home town wasn't too bad, I am now 4 miles from my ailing father in a new home freshly divorced from Satin's daughter. What ever happened to compliments. So lately, the Freeze Tag server has been more bitching about "BS" than actually enjoying the game. And to be honest a lot of it is coming from XI clan members. And "innocent 'til proven guilty." The fact of the matter is no one can see from the "suspected bs'er's" perspective. Maybe they are having a good run or they are really good on that map. A better setup (PC) than you. Or....now try not to faint.....they are actually that good. I mean it has gotten to point to where I would turn off my in game voice so that I don't have to hear it. Sure I claim bs and I get upset at the game.......but I don't voice it and it's more of a damn it type exclamation and frustration with myself than others. And I would never publicly accuse a fellow clan member of suspicious activity. Not only does that dishonor them (because again unless you have HARD evidence you just don't KNOW) but it dishonors you as a creditable voice and it hurts the clans sense of brotherhood. Maybe it's just me but that doesn't seem like good advertising for the clan. Now most of you have played with me (get your out of the gutter...lol) and I love jumping on (again get it out TS with you guys and shooting the shit. I'd like to think that I am a sensible guy. And a pleasant person to talk to. I've even had a couple invites to join...although not sure they'll stand after this.... ;-) I'm not trying to start a feud or get people mad at me. We don't cut corners here we apply all corrections that they made There is a supper patch out there its just al the patches combined and its really kinda large and some of them have issues and really no tissues

I think I have it figured out. All DX crapola. I saved my config file beforehand and now dropping that into the new install is causing some issues but that's on me to fix the config file to work with the new install. I was able to get multiplayer running, find the server and DL maps but DX problems still haunting me. I expect I'll be back on sometime over the weekend, if not sooner, but my wife's PC took a dump 2 days ago so I'm replacing her hardware with my old stuff. What a pain to get it cleaned up and moved. Even more painful to hear her complain "I can't find it". Thus is the life of the PC world, grateful you're there to fix the problem but quickly forgotten when data goes missing. lmao

Both the Canadian and American Falls have only ever stopped flowing once. On March 29th 1848, Niagara Falls ran dry during a weather related occurrence—a south-west gale blowing off of Lake Erie caused ice to jam and dam up at the mouth of the Niagara River causing the water flow to be severely restricted. The water over the Horseshoe Falls and American Falls was reduced to a trickle for approximately 30 to 40 hours. They have never froze over. The rocks have formed icicles and all the tree branches and anything that is wet enough with the mist and water when the temperatures are cold enough to freeze it into an eye popping moment. The small island in the middle looks so cool with all the snow and ice on it. The snow drifts with an ice coating are huge and beautiful and the colours are like diamonds when the sun shines on them. Sometimes the mist across the top will freeze almost like a bridge and the water will be gushing over and down below it. It really is an awesome sight. I personally have not been to Niagara Falls in over 30 years because I got sick of it. I used to go there almost every weekend to party. I only live a half hour from it. This picture was taken yesterday. After the storm more snow and ice and it looks awesome. You see the water is flowing under all the built up snow and ice.

I love biscuits and gravy. I can make some pretty good ones.

@XK Bullets , I could not have said it better myself. I have always been a rager but more at myself. I try to remember to compliment but sometimes ya forget. Its getting to the point on any game that sportsmanship is out the window. Ive missed the days of having fun on the server

Loved reading this, Boom.......through my tears I want to say that this is what we need more of around here........we can have our fun, make our jokes, but at the end of the day, what we play is just a game, while outside of all that, life happens. Hearing about your mom, and all of the other stories so many of our members share, is what can keep all of the other nonsense in perspective..........
