Not a bad website I came across recently.

http://thebottlenecker.com/

Put in your CPU and GPU make and models along with your ram and it will calculate if your system is bottlenecked or not. It will also tell you where you can improve on it if you are bottlenecked

Ignore the hardrive storage option it wont make a difference

Be interesting to see other people's

Average bottleneck percentage: 10%

Bottleneck detected: Your GPU is too weak for this processor.

AMD FX-9590 Eight-Core with Radeon RX 470 (x1) will produce 10% of bottleneck. Everything over 10% is considered as bottleneck. We recommend you to replace Radeon RX 470 with Quadro M6000.

R9 280X (which is a rebadged Radeon HD 7970 3gb) card 20% bottleneck with a FX-8320 Eight-Core clocked to 4.7ghz. Kinda figured that. Can't afford another card. Fucking Bitcoin farmers.

No idea man , I only came across the site recently

DDR5 Ram? I have not seen any of them selling or motherboards DDR5 compatible  , you mistaking your GDDR5 Ram on your GPU by any chance?

They seem to be fairly up to date with GPU's and CPU's like

Hahahah, 50% bottleneck because of GPU running with my i5 4670K.  Gonna stay that for a while as I do not intent to go run out and buy a new very overpriced card.

Bottleneck detected: Your GPU is too weak for this processor.

AMD Ryzen 5 1600X (Clock: 115%) with GeForce GTX 1060 (Clock: 105%) (x1) will produce 20% of bottleneck. Everything over 10% is considered as bottleneck. We recommend you to replace GeForce GTX 1060 with GeForce GTX 1080 Ti.
