I have been having health issues recently but they are not an excuse for not gaming. I would like to just blame getting old (74 on 11/04/17) but that is not it either. Basically I just became complacent. An old fart if you will. I have been doing lots of reading and am currently reading a book by Bill O'Reilly, Legends and Lies: The Patriots. In it he quoted Ben Franklin and it gave me pause for thought. Franklin had said "We do not stop playing because we grow old, we grow old because we stop playing". It gave me pause for thought. Maybe I am growing old because I stopped playing. I have said it before and failed but I am going to try and remedy that. Poor timing at the moment because of a death in the family this morning that will require some of my time. But I do hope to resurrect myself. Gaming was a big part of my life, good time, good friends. Hopefully in the next few days I can kick start myself once my family obligations are settled.

Yes Folks KnightWolf is still alive and kicking still having issues with desktop getting it to connect to network at new place properly and just been stupidly busy with work. Usually 3-4 days of 12 hr shifts.. GO GO gadget steve! I hope to be back gaming very shortly when my site gets more staff. Joys of being site supervisor

The only thing that would have made me consider buying it would have been for the single player campaign...but it's a lot of money for that.

what is the need of tubes and cars in the game them then if everyone has a flackjacket on and cant be killed by it? And why doenst shooting 2 clips on someone not register, explain me that because i dont get it, in any regulair server you shoot someone and it register, exept from the mw2 mod you can shoot someone with 2 clips and he is still running arround. something is just not right. is it the guns? or the kind of perks people use? i can simply not understand why you have to shoot someone 2 clips and it doenst die and then the other day he dies within one bullit. we did not have any of these problems before the latest mod version, never ever so i am trying to understand what it is.

Hello all. It’s time for me to step aside as an Admin and let somebody else in who wants to take it on. My absence from the COD2 servers over the last nearly 2 years because of a career change leaves me longing to play, but little or no time to indulge myself. On those rare occasions when I do have some free time, my old gaming rig just doesn’t seem to have the balls to pull it off. I will never willingly turn in my XI tags, but having me remain as an admin is kind of a waste since there are so many other competent players who spend a lot of time there, and I’m sure would be happy to take the job. Those of you who know me have heard about my change of jobs to a long haul truck driver, and this January it will have been 2 years since I started. I’ve learned a lot in that time, have piled on a lot of miles, seen some spectacular sites around the country, but most of all I’ve learned that this is a job for a younger man. At 57, being away from home every week and working 14-16 hours a day is taking its toll on me, and I had all but decided to take another turn in career paths when something great happened. My experience as a corporate executive over 30 years and now my additional experience in the world of trucking has given me a unique skill-set. My current employer, while a very nice man and a competent truck driver really has no idea how to run a fast growing company. In my 8 months with him, I have offered some business advice that he put to good use, and he has asked me to help him run the operation and oversee pretty much everything. So over the next couple of weeks we’ll try to iron out some of the details, but with any luck I’ll still be doing a bit of traveling, but not hauling a load while doing it. All of those years in business I always had regrets and wished I had chosen a job that kept me outside and not stuck behind a desk. But these days, a nice office with a comfy chair is sounding kind of good. So with any luck, I’ll be making quite a bit more money, can afford a new gaming rig, and will have some time to game with my friends again in the very near future. Yeap, losing members of our Family of >XI< isn't great. Especially when they die. I have known or met AH1 during the games. A humble guy and glad that I can still post here. Old >XI< like 2Cutesue passing away. It just breaks my heart to see them go, I still watch once per year those Killa Youtubes. With 10+ years at >XI< I still like to reach 20+ with >XI<. Just promise me all of you, you can be naughty, but don't go over the line and always be honest and loyal.

I am finally done moving, or well the most important part is done, i have my own mancave now . So I'd like to join as well, depending on when of course.

Checking in and letting yall know that things are slowly progressing. Might move into our home during Christmas break/vacation for the kids this way they are done for the semester and all other paperwork sorted. Hopefully we get the water heater n pipes around the water heater fixed, beds for the kids and couple of appliances then. Hubby focuses on that and i focus on tending to my dad since he just had a repair done on his triple a stent that popped open at work doing pallet work. not the proper job for an old man who has health issues like that. All three of my kids are FINALLY in public school, no more home school since they finished all that up too. They are enjoying these school, less stress for a fact compared to their old school student teacher ratio to here. it will be even more smaller once we move into our new home and transferred to their new school.

I've been playing the last few evenings and I thoroughly enjoy it. As always dedicated servers would be nice, but the maps are designed well and I like the class system and HQ feature that they introduced here. Although the maps are small and limited to 6v6, I think it's still an enjoyable game. Although I wish they would add more hardcore game styles...i hate having to unload an entire magazine to kill someone.

new map I've been working on is nearly complete, just a small run and gun just needs a little bit more testing then should be good to go ...................

there's no such thing as an "Multiplayer Setup" As the game doenst support decidated servers. You can create a in-game party/lobby where your friends can join on. Up to 6 players per party. There's multiple players that have this game within >XI<
