You have to make some very hard decisions about some of your best friends you have on this planet. Then of course they no longer want to be your friend because you had to make a call that was best for the clan and not the best for yourself. I've had to kick out some of my best friends on the internet and in real life out of the clan because I knew it was the best for the clan. And you very rarely ever hear anything good, its all complaints that you have to sort out and end up hurting someones feelings. If that time ever came that I would step down I don't know what I would do. I'm sure it would be a Sr admin, maybe a clan wide vote? I don't see that time coming anytime soon.
