I can't make a video of where I work, but the government has allowed some news crews to make some. Of Course, the news crews make the place out to be much more dangerous than it actually is.

From an IT perspective have to ask the obvious question of why not use youtube? everyone uses it, it's free, easily accessible...right?

What brand of CNC's are in the beginning of video.  Look like Haas.   I was a machinist/metal fabricator for 30 years,  both manual and CNC's (Aerospace Business).  I remember the first Mazak's coming in and all the damn crashes they endured while we all learned to program.  My favorites were the Monarch VMC's with the pallet changers.  Very capable machines.  Towards the end of my career, the company I retired from started getting in some smaller Haas machines.  We called them baby mills.  On the lathes we stuck with "Mori Seiki" and "Okuma".   I think I still have the programming books from way back then.  I miss running them.  A lot of fun and they came in useful for home projects too.  If someone said they were working on a "Government Project" it was a home project.  I imagine you run a few of those when time permits.

It's not very exciting, but the geeks would appreciate it the most. In my lab I have 2 FPGAs setup hooked up together. This is how Wireless radios are designed and developed, and then eventually ending up in your phones and PCs.
