Hmmm, as admins/mods/head admins can burn out (ptsd, etc.) I know cause it happened to me big time... who might - maybe just some guesses - make good replacements...

Let's see... Some folks who play daily on a semi-regular basis who are mature and fair and would take the job seriously yet not let it get to their head and be too bossy and mean...

Snuller.  OK I have mentioned this to her lots of the years and she says her english is not good enough.  I say no way, she can learn this maybe.... ANYWAY she imho would be a very good mod.

Oh, and I suppose it should not be anyone who has already been a mod/admin so that takes a lot of folks off the list.

Lots of the regulars have been a mod/admin, knowing who a lot of them are, I left them off the list, cause they been there done that.  You mentioned Raven, he was an admin long time ago, which is why he and the others are not on this list of mine.  I really think my top two choices are Snuller and Cheyenne would make great admins, and they game regularly at different times of the day, which is nice for the game to have the law in town all day long.  :animier:  Women should rule the world, much better organized, get along with all better, fewer wars, and heck just better overall imho.  2 cents

You remember correctly! I was a member for 13-14 years ish and a head-admin for minecraft and a cod4 admin and a mod. 
And responsible for wardogs being of of your clan members ( yes i am sorry, it was me ) 😂
I did try to come back but that isnt on me to decide and decissions are being made a while ago and that's totally fine i have piece. 

I am already happy being around the people i love daily so it's okay. I still feel like one of you. But for real, thanks for your kind words man! i appriciate that alot!!! ❤️

Responsibilities is the biggest one, knowing the rules, enforcing the rules in a way that abides to those.
Cool headed, being able to make decisions, "bribeable", mature in their aspect and behaviour. And id say knowledge of the english langage and the game itself would be a benefit.

Atleast thats most of the things I look for in people when we recruit.
Been a admin for couple of years now for a game Vintage Story.

But yeah I don't think id make a good Mod/admin, i curse to much and get cursed on in the COD4 server hahaha

Bobo would be an excellent admin.  Everyone likes him.  He has lots of time in-game to monitor whats happening. Knows all the maps glitches and hiding spots.  🙃
