I got a call at work today that my oldest daughter died today on the operating table, She was 28 years old. She changed my whole world the day she was born on September 30, 1989 I loved her so much with her smile and bright eyes.

Holy crap, Wild, no words can even come close--no parent should ever have to bury one of their children. Heart-wrenching news, buddy. She looks like she was a "good-souled person:" you can see it in her smile and in her eyes. Heaven indeed gained another angel, and I pray for your and your family's strength, and a belief that you'll see her again in Heaven some day. Every parent's worst nightmare. Hang tough for those that need your support, but allow yourself to grieve--I believe that it is perfectly fine for a grown man to cry. Geez, I wish that I could take away some of your pain. After previous leaks of marketing material, Activision have officially unveiled Call of Duty: WWII. There will be a 'worldwide Reveal' live stream on April 26th to show off what they have planned. The game is rumored to launch on Nov 3rd. Personally, I'm glad they went back to WWII. There are so many modern shooters out there and all the great WWII FPSs are showing in age. Still great games, but I think with a graphics refresh, it can be even better. It will be interesting to see the various new WWII shooters compete against each other such as Battalion 1944 and now CoD:WWII. Obviously CoD has name recognition, but I think we'll see a great selection of games from this genre this year and probably next. Your thoughts?

Give is dedicated servers and the chance to mod and I will be happy. If they allow the use of custom maps, I want to see some of the old CoD maps remade such as Toujane, Rostov, Stalingrad, Carentan etc. If they claim to be going back to their roots, I want the same fun of the first 2 games; mods, custom maps, dedicated servers and none of the perk bullshit. We use skill, everyone is equal. Not some shitty player using steady aim because they can't shoot properly or juggernaut because they run in the open a lot. Hell, I'm freaking happy they are going back to their roots but please PLEASE don't fuck up. You have a lot riding on your shoulders. Please. Make us lovers of the older games happy for once. Cater to the needs of the players, not the needs of your wallet.

I did systems design for the insurance industry and ran the family business for 30 years. Retired from that in 2007 and was an archaeological consultant for 5 years. Tried my hand at writing, wrote a published a short novel with mixed results. Then for some dumb reason I felt like trying out driving a truck. So for the last year and a half I've been a truck driver. Enjoy the Hell out of it but it's exhausting work. Right now I'm with a small company that hauls wine from California to Washington/Oregon. One guy started it a couple years ago and the company is growing like crazy. May look for a way to buy into it. Looks like it's going to be a winner. Hope my body can hold out. I feel great for a man of 90.

I'm with Johnny, just slapped together a rig based on a biostar mb and vishera 6300. It'll do for now. If I didn't care about money it would definitely been an i7, but I stopped buying the latest and greatest some time ago. Most games I play are for the comradery of the players, not for the games themselves.

That is a $995 CPU, more than most folks on here spent for their entire PC rig, not a valid comparison iMHO.
