Hey, all! Lots of exciting things are happening in the COD4 realm right now Make sure you check out the poll located in the COD4 Club discussion regarding which version of the MW2 mod you'd like to see on the main server. Please vote if you want your opinion to count If you are looking for something different, there's something for everyone! We have a knife only server up, for those of you who like close combat knife fighting. There is a server running a team deathmatch (no freezetag) mod, and we have the DM mod that is free-for-all with a faster speed and higher jump height which makes for a fun style of game play. There are also servers running with the old mod, MW2 146b9, and an anti-bunny hopping one. And the main attractions, our very popular MW2 and g13 freezetag servers, are always there as well. So if you need something new, we highly recommend that you come see what's new - looking forward to seeing you all in game!

For those that play on the OWFT server, just want to throw this idea out there. What do you think of the idea of a player based rotation setup? Based on the number of players, the server would start off with medium sized maps, small maps are typically too small for FT, and after a set number of players joining, server switches to larger maps. For example, say, from 1-10 players, medium sized maps would play and from 11-26, the larger maps would play, so essentially 2 sets of rotations based on player count. With this, we would have say 15-20 maps per rotation size, currently we run approx 20-25 maps total. For your information to consider, you might ask, will this reduce the variety of maps? Well, what maps you personally see would just depend on when you join and the number of players currently so in essence, you might not see a particular map if it's classed as a medium sized map and you join when there are lots of players. However, rotations are at our discretion so if there is a particular map(s) that are favorites but is considered a medium sized map, this could be put into the large rotation as well. We do this for the DM servers, works relatively well there, but I don't think this has been tried here for a team game so please comment on whether or not this is something that you would like to try. My gaming goes back to 2008 and i have always been a regular, through all the mods, this statement of yours is not based on facts. I have seen in the years the numbers dropped so hard, but how low the numbers are lately is ridiculous. I notice that with each new mod we lose a lot of regulars (XI members as well as non XI members). This option to put the old mod back is the best decision that ever has been made, it is democratie. If the people that have always played here, are seeing it the way i do, then they will vote how they wish. It is the easiest way for a player to say or think F*** this sh*t, i am out, cya! With this new option it gives these people a way to vent their thoughts.

Hello all, Just a forewarning: I will be changing the rotation at the end of this month (June). I am open to member suggestions so if anyone would like to see a map that they haven't seen for a long time or have a favourite in particular please let me know. I also intend to make some slight changes to the spawn timers just as a trial and seeing if I can stop making people pick up someones weapon when they want to zoom out their sniper! This will once again be a 1:1 ratio of run and gun to sniper but feedback is always welcome. ~Pain

So where does the new mod go once everyone votes the old mod back in, is that going on another server at least? I much prefer that over the old one, also not keen on the idea of Sammy's work just being thrown onto the back burner, he busted his ass over this and personally I think he deserves better. You already put the old mod back up onto a server, yet the people who complain about the new mod still flock to it rather than play on the other server, I have no sympathy for these people they just want a reason to whinge imo.

Which ever get the sand out of peoples manjinas. I personally Loooove the heist perk. Put I know it makes some cry.

Hell yeah to the old mod! I was also in there last night with @Hawk, @WldPenguin, @MHsDaughter, @Smithers, and others and it was great. Soooo much better than the new mod. I'm hoping it garners attention and stays populated. If you haven't been in awhile, go play!
