I'm going to be there on November 20th. Unless a really big party is prepared and that I'm not aware of (for my birthday that will be on the 22nd) but honestly, I would be very surprised so the chances that I'll make it are high !

Hello all we are looking to have a little CTF scrim per say on our event server...We could do 2 teams of 5 or 6 best of 3 20min stock maps...I want to try to limit players for now because we know a lot of folks do not like to play CTF... So based on responses here we will set up teams and we are looking at a 8pm EST game start (maybe thursday or friday) Would you like to be on a team ?

I agree, this is not a science guys. There is no formula to which post will remain and which one is closed. As Labob mentioned we don’t wish to see personal attacks nor do we want these contentious subjects to spill into the servers. Most of the time these forums die out on their own and in some cases they continue. Rugger and the seniors look at them on an individual basis and make a judgment call, it’s not personal and their only concern is what’s best for the group. Now it’s a beautiful Sunday, get you of your basements and enjoy the sun for a change lol ?

all i know is vac help u not get as sick u dont spend 2-3 weeks in icru or long enless u die... as far companies well to option u get vac and help company save money by insurance or opt out of insurnance if u get covid u pay out pocket. plus long term effect people that r say 35 years old got covid now got heart problem and cant work and will be on SS for rest of their lifes who paying that ... simple just get damn vacc.. u need it to go to school .. at one time all vacc where unproven..

When a video game forum is chosen as an irrelevant place to hoist oneself on their own petard & demand freedom of speech, as if it were a governmental entity of some sort. There are plenty of echo chamber websites where people jerk each other off with their political views; this isn't one of them.

Ice we need to ALWAYS talk politics and yep its a head banger. If we stop the other side wins and we are now living in something we do not want. I am only singling out the men, because it only seems to be the men who are having this issue..... It is getting a little ridiculous how often the term "Hacker" is getting thrown around. Most of the time it is in the MW2 DM server. It is coming from both guests and members. It is not just calling "bullshit", it is calling a player out by name and then harassing them with the accusation of hacking. It really takes the fun out of the game listening to grown men fuss like latchkey kids on there Xbox. If you suspect a player of hacking, get it on video and get to an admin. Or, get a admin on the hook to spec the suspected hacker. There is always going to be someone better than you. Deal with it and take the challenge as an opportunity to get better. Otherwise, that sand in your mangina is going to cause an infection.

Happy hour is honestly the best time. You really do get to know people on a way different level. Some surprisingly are way different then in game. It's super enjoyable and we have fun and laughs and even times when we get very personal and it's great. I am so glad that @pigloand @YACCster

Im part of the "Mandate" thread others are contributing too. You have to overlook Pete, Ted, Sammy, Me and others posting there. ? We have been beating each other up "politically" and on other views for years !! In game and here !! Yes we piss each other off, but we all know we can count on the other if need be. Hell I offered for Pete and family to come live with us when the Zombie apocalypse or society melts down. Seeing how he would starve other wise !!! So move the "mandate" to the Political side. I sort of helped make it Political. ? But life in general is "political" in some way from birth !!! So lets all get over ourselves !!!

I am sure all agree that covid has stressed out everyone everywhere. And it shows. Funny though how all the arguments revolve around human-made concepts of 'freedom', 'fairness' or 'rights' that only exist in our minds. It seems our *gift* of intelligence has too often overridden any natural instinct for individual survival. Too many argue over delusional thoughts that dont exist anywhere in nature. When deciding how things would otherwise be (not currently are) you have to assume no medical care. No hospitals. No doctors. No antibiotics. No such thing as cold and flu medicine. Nor any of that for whatever other medical conditions you may have. Of course many places in the world fit that description. But also, from the beginning no lock downs. No travel bans. No quarantines. No social distancing. No max occupancy. And of course no masks. Just the individual body vs the virus. Where would we be now? When we cant even come to an agreement on that answer it shows we are in trouble as a species.

I wrote out several responses to this post, but deleted most. It's hard to answer some of your questions but I will try and be honest. I felt free to lock your thread on the technicality that people had got to the point of 'personal attacks' and multiple 'reports'. Personally I would have liked to delete it - but ya know.. I do believe in some aspect of "freedom of speech". You wonder why I let the 'Mandated' one go? I hadn't read it until 12/10 12:30 my time when Rugger asked our thoughts on it. At that point my response was it was utter bullshit, the thread and content annoys me and some other expletives. However it was not yet a "real problem" so suggested leave as is. I have not read it since as I know the content will annoy me. So yes that is 'why' I have let it go, other seniors are aware and can step in when they feel the time is right. I also see people in the forums saying stupid shit and think very much differently about them. It's fair to not visit the forums, sad but makes sense. I also haven't been visiting the forums as much as I used to due to these types of topics. Anyway - hope that helps you understand. You probably won't agree and will find fault. But that's life - full of fault.
