Hacking accusations need to stop or bans will be the next step

The servers have been getting very busy lately which is a good thing, but with that also comes more whining and complaining and more hacking accusations. 

The hacking accusations have gotten so bad lately that we have to start taking action against the repeat accusers. These people will get a warning to start and then temp bans will start. If that doesn't work then you will be banned from the server. 

It's very easy to get proof, go to spectate, record the player. However you want to do it, but the most easy way to do it is this 

Bring down your console and type:

/record (demo's will be named demo00000.dm_1, demo000001.dm_1 etc etc.)

To stop the record, type:

/stoprecord

Get the demo file and send it to an admin, they look at it and see the hacking being done and they ban the player. 

It's so easy to do, instead of going in game everyday and accusing the same players everyday and whine they're not banned yet, just get the video and they're banned. Very very simple. So instead of possibly getting banned from the greatest servers on the planet, just get the video. 

If you spectate the person and can't see their hacking then you should go into the server after and say I spectated them and they are not hacking.

that we had to do that in my old article as proof but like a :

open console and write :   /record name of players ( you can write 3-4 letters of the name ) for easy find the demo !

Like i asked a very good player ...... walked around my nade when tossed at player "you have bomb squad on and  replyed   yes  ..........so no hacking just very smart use of perks in game. 

to the whiners   just use that lip service to hand service by  hitting the Tilde key 

 

when start game to catch or not miss any violations  

just my sense of fairness

Also remember this is from experience, when servers get busy with new players there are a lot of good players that play on other servers or other games and might be coming back to the game you play. Not every new player who beats everyone is a Hacker and they may a server that makes playing ours easier for their skill set. I have found that since my cell phone is right by my PC when I play I can  quickly grab it and video what I am seeing as a player competing against a hacker then go to Spectate and keep the recording going as you watch the hacker. When someone is getting loads of kills and few deaths look at the number of "Head Shots" or quickly picking up a target when they enter the screen. When looking for a "Wall Hack" the trick here is a little more complex. If a player is picking up targets before they can be seen out a door or window that is a tell. Also if they seem to scan walls and buildings even more than they do open areas that is a quick tell. However this is why I prefer to use my Cell Phone, I can talk during the recording so the Admins hear what I am trying to point out as it is being seen. Plus a Hacker usually picks the games most popular weapons not the ones everyone else uses because of the game type and server settings. A hacker will most the worst weapons unbeatable. As mentioned before PERKS pay a huge role in many games we play. It is very hard to find scripts running in the background like "Spanky always dropping a nade when he died" like in the old days on COD2 but recording it happening to you over and over can be the proof needed. It is much easier to not let the hacker know you suspect them and get the evidence before you tip your hand and most hackers are people and if they get called out or someone says "Fuckin Hacker" they are the first to respond 95% of the time. Just like banned players who come back with a new name they always say hi to their friends if they have any. Please keep in mind almost all "New Players" to our servers are just like you were long ago and just hope to find a Fun Server they Enjoy and feel Welcome and calling out Cheaters makes us look like kids instead of "The Worlds Largest PC Gaming Clan". Not every Admin is a Pro at catching Hacks but everyone tries and the best way for those with loads of experience catching the Bad Guys can tell from a good video and well worth the time you spend helping the Clan take out the trash. This is how I became a Admin by seeing things that looked "ODD" and watching how it might be happening and getting the PROOF. Have fun and good gaming.

I Some times call a wild shot a hax but not implying that someone is hacking, however if I do see a real hacker in any of the servers I'm not going to type out hacker,hacker, scripts...I'ma quietly contact an admin as per the server rules so the admins are aware of a hackers presence....from there as mention easier is in console, the tild key, /record name it the player so its easy to fine then give the proof...if you yell out hacker all the time good player or not those that hack will be watching for that spectator and turn their hack off so not to get caught ..I used to help run a clan for mohaa:sh and we would do this same function to catch a hack instead of console record we used xfire to record...

I got accused in MWIII (and I guess reported, since he said he was reporting me) by a former XI member who still uses the XI TS server *and* wears XI tags both in the TS server and in-game, although said player was apparently kicked outta the clan many years ago, and does not currently have an account on the Web site where I could properly tell him to fuck off.  So will bans be carried over to TS as well?

What are they going to do?  The guy was banned from the clan over a decade ago and plays a game XI doesn't (and can't) support (i.e. host servers).  Plenty of people use the TS server that aren't actually members of the clan.  In this particular case what proof is needed besides the asshat was already kicked out of the clan and he still uses our TS server to play games with other XI members (that are all apparently unaware or don't care that he was previously banned)?

lip service means nothing,  Please use a screen recorder or old camcorder to back up claims is the way to go to remove narcissist
